Overview

The Maintenance Fee Calculator computes and breaks down monthly maintenance fees for apartments, officetels, and other multi-unit housing. Total maintenance = Common fees + Individual utilities

Common fee (per ㎡) = Total common fees ÷ Complex total area × Unit exclusive area
Individual utilities = Electricity + Water + Gas + Heating + Others
