Formula

Single dose (mg) = weight (kg) × dose per kg (mg/kg)
Syrup volume (mL) = dose (mg) ÷ concentration (mg/mL)

Acetaminophen: 10–15 mg/kg, every 4–6 h, max 75 mg/kg/day
Ibuprofen: 5–10 mg/kg, every 6–8 h, max 40 mg/kg/day
